Our Work

The Darling Downs Environment Council (DDEC) advocates on a range of environmental issues in the South West Queensland and Toowoomba region, focusing on ecosystem protection and action on climate change.

Renewables done right

We urgently need more renewable energy but it needs to be done right by ensuring our precious natural places, important farmland and communities are all protected and respected.
